3% Pay Raise for all employees...

Except pilots. The memo states the base pay for the majority of employees is up a cumulative 40% over the last 5 years. Life is good.

It sounds like you're trying to complain that the non unionized employees don't get paid based on when we get new PWAs.

I don't really have a problem with the other employees hopefully making a living wage.

what's your point?
You want some of that? Are you willing to also let the company take it when they want as well? Congratulate your fellow employees. They have earned it.

We just got our 3% in January. Good for the other employees; they deserve it.

Let's all be happy.

It's truly a great place to work right now.

I stated that other employees have received substantial raises over the last 5 years and ended with ‘life is good.’ Only on a forum like this would it be twisted into me being ****ed off. Good grief. I think we are very well compensated for the work we do. I also like it when the other members of my ‘team’ are taken care of. No angst here.

Usually when the subject is "x good thing..." with the first two words of the post being "except pilots" it is a complaint. As you can see, others got the same impression.

And we don't have to wear purple. Make them the highest paid in the industry. Looks good for us in 2019.

What is the top flight attendant pay per hour now
Because my neighbor is complaining how much money we make and she thinks she is underpaid at Delta
I told her to go to be a pilot and she does not like me much now
