Can't predict the future, but right now DTW-9 and NYC (all three airports) M-88 are the junior spots.
SEA is almost unattainable. The most junior guy has over 12 years I believe, but we'll see how this next bid changes that.
MSP is a little more senior than DTW, or MEM on the -9 and -88 but there are "new-hires" from 07-08 holding MSP. Same goes for ATL, which is a little more senior now with some wide-body flying being redistributed.
Other bases are SLC, LAX (also covering several airports), and CVG which is slowly shrinking.
