Hey curious as to what your average seniority for WB FO is. At UA pretty much every bid out for 777/787 regardless of base these pilots can hold NB Capt line holder but obviously don't want it.
SFO being our junior WB base and its still senior.

it depends, we mix fleets unlike you guys. we have a category of 757/767-300 (7ER) and a 767-400 (765) category.
new hires can hold the 7ER category. 765 there are people in it that have been at the company around a year. For the 330, probably about 3 years but will see how this bid that closes tomorrow shakes out. 777 and 350 are much more senior. I want to say the most junior 777 FO is ~7ish years but not too sure on that one.
