I have global entry and haven’t been getting precheck for the last year of nonrev, I’ve had GE for three years. Is that a tsa function or a delta function? I asked a tsa agent last time and they said it’s a delta function.

I always get TSA precheck on by non-rev/JS/COBUS/FCFL tickets. Make sure your global “known traveler” number is in travelenet. I don’t recall if I did it in the profile or just the first time I dropped it into a reservation after I got global, but it’s always there now checking in online, and even at the gate for a JS reservation.

I had this happen and the problem ended up being my known travel number had been deleted from travel net. I put it back in and precheck reappeared.

If you have GE then you need to put your Known Traveler Number in Travelnet. This should solve your problem.
