I agree, I didn’t think they’d get it done this week, if I had to bet between today or tomorrow, I’d take tomorrow.

You never know though, where there’s a will, there’s a way.

It’s kinda hard to dispute something that comes from the horse’s mouth though. But past performance seems to lend credence to your post.

Forgot to ask...where was that discussion? SkyHub? Only ask because I missed reading it.

Doesn’t ALPA review it before it becomes public? I’d think that alone would push it to at least tomorrow.

Between age 60 and 63, a bypass may be granted but both parties have to agree (Company and the pilot) and the exception in 22.E.13.b does not apply. While the pilot would likely agree to/ask for a bypass, it is hard to imagine the company would want to bypass someone with 2+ years of availability, even if it is an AE with a 365 day conversion window.

In short, it isn't a seniority issue, it is a retirement date issue. Seniority is not referenced in the provision.
So if a pilot with three years remaining requests a training bypass, why can't they offer it to the 1-23 month pilots? The skynet comments don't match the PWA language.
