Locked out of Deltanet??
 

I started this thread asking for help but then went into content locker and found the info. Just a heads up though, and this is the first time it happened to me, but when you have to change your password on deltanet, make sure to change the password on your iPad for your email.

I changed my password Saturday morning in the middle of a 24 hour non-revving ordeal with my 2 kids and while trying to check loads, I turned off the airplane mode on my work iPad and tried to log into travelnet...I think my iPad also tried to check my email (with the wrong password) and I got locked out of Deltanet. I know I didn’t do it to myself by logging in with the wrong password more than once.

Just offering a little experience. The help desk says this has been happening a lot recently. It’s the first time it’s happened to me and I’ve changed my password several times since getting the iPad.

If you are locked out, the quickest way to get back in that I know of is contacting the Helpdesk via phone. They had a password reset within about an hour.
