Delta and chromebook

Looking for guidance from smarter people. When I log onto deltanet/icrew I have to do it twice. I can't get to travelnet or self service. I can see the wide reports for schedules but the composite/reason reports are garbled gibberish. It wasn't always this way.Why is she betraying me now? I haven't tried anything more advanced than clearing cache and browser history.
Thanks, JP

Deltanet is a poorly made website and Self Service is even worse. I've had a double log in issue with self service before. If it takes you to the light blue page asking to log in, just hit back and try again. Usually works the second time for me. Otherwise call Delta IT. They make a record of the issue and send you an email copy of the report. Good luck...

I'll add that clicking "reload page" has the same effect as back-and-retry for the self service log-in when you get that light blue page.
