Trace THC leftover in CBD will be below threshold values in a nonuser WAY before the 30 day mark.

Use a test if you’re worried.

alpa aeromedical can be a helpful resource. but realize their input comes with no consequence to the provider of such 'advice'.

after a kidney stone event I called aeromedical for protocol to return to work. The expert advice I got was to 'self certify' and go back to work like nothing happened. Then disclose on my next physical.

im just a dumbass pilot. but even I realized personal and operational safety considerations would demand some kind of follow up process to determine if any more events were pending. I would never want to be in a cockpit and have it happen. And I cant imagine FAA/deltas reaction if I did, and had already had an event with no follow up.

My AME was shocked at the advice I had been given. And even after the urology follow up with xrays and consult, I still got an unfriendly letter from the FAA demanding certification and program from urologist to mitigate future events.

Are those of you considering CBD senior to me? I’m kidding, but just two weeks ago Dr. Oz did a thing about CBD and CBD oil supplements. They broke down different powders, pills, and gummies. Not only did the amount of CBD contained vary from 0% to the advertised quantity, but a few did have some THC in them. He said it wasn’t enough to get you high, but I’m guessing it’d be enough to test positive, at least for a few days. If it’s a supplement you’re using continuously, thinking you’re safe, THC will build up in your fat stores too so after a month or so of daily use of CBD supplements (assuming it does in fact contain some THC) you’ll probably test positive for a month, even after discontinuing use.

I own two Pot stocks in my 401K and I think they are going to find a lot of different treatments with marijuana, but I’m not willing to try CBD at this point.

I still prefer the nap til noon method, although it is painful. When I used to do the sleep til I wake up in Europe, I would sleep til 3-4p and there was not much to do since I swear Europe closes after 8p! Just got boring is all.

Scientifically speaking, we are the most healthy by staying on our home body clock time. The problem with 24hr Europe layovers is that it is not possible to follow that medical fact.
