Our HVCs on business use taxi/private car as well as train. Train from HND to Downtown is 30 mins and a new line is being built to the international terminal in HND that will drop the time to 20 mins. Train from downtown to Narita is 1:04 mins. Time is money for the HVCs

You're right. Neither do the network folks running the most profitable airline in the world. Maybe you can send them a proposal on how NRT works better
