What is the possibility of Airbus launching the A322 (which is farther along than some people believe) at the Paris Air Show without Delta as the launch carrier and also us converting our remaining A350 orders to the A350-1000 or ordering 10 additional A350s or B787-10s?

Vegas says 4:1

Would be good for crew commonality and training so therefore there is no chance

75-100 A220-500s 30-50 A321XLR 30-40 A350neo..... this is in 2025 as the Ultrafan isn't ready. The A350neo 1000 is a direct 777 replacement. The 717 is the question mark, because as it stands, unless the used market collapses, the 717s will cost more to buy out the remaining note, rather than buy all new A220s. The tax laws changed under Trump allowing new equipment to be a much better buy. Until Democrats repeal that, Delta probably won't be playing in the used market again. The 787 could get dragged into the 737max investigation, as its certification process was also sketchy, and until that issue is resolved, it is best to be avoided. The 797 is vaporware. |
About the same as Tiger making the cut this weekend.

Although it doesn't mean anything, the A350 1000 was on the list of aircraft dimensions Delta submitted to the DTW WCAA for sizing the new deicing pads.

Does Virgin serve DTW now? I know their code is all over the system flights including MEX, AMS, CDG and countless others but are their airplanes flying in and out?
See how easy it is to be confused and keep track of metal or capacity or anything else related to scope. And every day it changes. We need a real-time scoreboard. |
Ha, I think only Air France serves DTW on the regular. I have seen AeroMexico here and there.
