On the hotel van this morning with 3 DAL crews. Happened to notice all 6 had slick black ties:confused:

Are you referring to the ALPA pin? The presence (or lack) of a pin has nothing to do with negotiating. It's all about the product. The web foot print means you're involved and up to speed.

We aren’t UAL. The pin doesn’t have much, if any, cultural relevance here.

The pin clashes with my gold belt buckle. They are different colors of gold so one had to go...and my pants won’t stay on without a belt.
