30/168 and X-day(s)
I had a couple x-days placed at the 8th day -168hr mark on my June schedule. I cannot move them in iCrew as I receive a “Violates Offday Grouping” message. I don’t see a 3-99-5 issue on my request.
Do we have our X-days placed on our schedule based on the 168 rule, and if so, when did that begin?

I feel like I have moved days around to create a unawarded stretch of 7 plus days on call in a row, but I’m not positive. You have to have at least 3 days of availability for every block of on call time. Are you sure that the days that you are moving created that?

I have over 3 days available. I tried to load most of my x-days at the end of the month because I’m moving. I have a couple odd x-days placed to what appears to solve the 30 hour off requirement. I’m unable to move them.

Are you creating another group of X days by moving them or trying to add them to an already existing group? After initial bids you can do the latter but cannot create a separate, additional group even if it’s within the number of X day groupings allowed.

I’m pretty sure you can reduce the number of X day blocks by adding to an existing group but you cannot increase the number of X day blocks. Once you do that, that’s how many blocks you have and you cannot go back to the greater number later if you change your mind.

I’m not increasing blocks...i just want to combine two single xdays together, but neither x-day remained as scheduled. I’ll dig into the SRH.
I’ll try marrying one up without moving the other to see if PCS permits.
