You quickly realize how horribly inaccurate the media is when they cover your own industry. WSJ is one of the I respect for their accuracy.

She was probably telling them the automatic 2 hour FDP extension was not being handled correctly by Delta. And we all know how inadequate training is these days. You teach everything to yourself and then get tested on how well you taught yourself. Don't you take the systems test the first day of training now?

More likely that dh is not being accounted for in 'safe' method.

And it would reasonably follow.....commuting.

True, but his overall point remains. I've watched so many "news" stories about stuff in which I'm very familiar and amazed how much off they mark they are. If they get that so wrong, I'm not sure why anyone trusts any of these "news" outlets.
