That's the word at indoc...8k retirements in 5 years and we should be at 20k pilots by then

Not with the way they're trying to drive efficiency to the max to reduce pilot headcount.

Ya. At my indoc they told us a lot of stories too. None came true.

The only part of the current gouge id believe is a whole bunch of old farts are departing the pattern.
