WS Question

I put in a white slip request for a specific trip. I didn’t get the trip and it went to a green slip instead. I called scheduling and they said I didn’t mark I was willing to fly into the next pay month. I know when you do a general white slip with dates it asks that question but when you do one with a specific trip number it doesn’t ask if you are willing to fly into the next month. Am I missing something here?

I believe they are wrong as you can’t put that in when selecting a trip by number. I’d call back and/or email ALPA

Did you have a trip the next month that would have dropped if you received the whiteslip you requested? Even for specific trip ws requests I believe it asks if you are willing to drop a trip the following pay period for no pay if awarded.

Was it a legal pickup or would it have caused a trip drop in the following month? If so you must check the block agreeing to the drop. Did you put it in the rules auditor?

I had no trip it was touching or would drop. I had one white slip in for any one day and on that one I had checked the box to not fly into the next month (need hours for GS trigger). When I saw this two day trip that went into the next month it had high block time on the first day. I submitted a second white slip specifically asking for that trip by trip number. I called scheduling right afterwards and they said they would look at it when they run it. Next thing I see it goes out as a green slip and when I call scheduling I am told it was because I didn’t select to fly into the next month on the white slip request. That option isn’t available when you select a trip by number.
