Looks like they have updated it (on mobile anyway) but the same logo. And password work. Commuter travel is under the “hamburger menu” on the left side.

Unable to process refunds today and many prior days. Trying to get money back from unused tickets before I forget. Some have already expired. If only there were a way to speak with a human? I have not dug deep yet, just assume they have about as many customer service reps as Uber.

I’ve never been able to process a refund or use the credit towards another ticket for my non dependent children. Always give me an error at the end (after spending 5 minutes typing all the info). Anyone know the secret?
