That's hardly a "screeching halt" issue regardless. Non event. Slight reduction in the burnbacks, which might result in a slight reduction of a few people's EPS based bonuses, which they can 100% offset by changing the calculus of aforementioned bonuses. Absolute non event. Only a self immolating stratedgy of spiteful incompetence that sacrifices needed fleet plans to make money long term in exchange for short term burnback bumps (EPS bonus crowd eats first) would be a factor. If they go that route, the tarriffs were never the issue to begin with.

From what I understand, just prior to start of summer ops Network presented a 3% increase of flying due to MAX grounding to Flight Ops and they accepted. That combined with 3 major IROPS made the summer a real struggle. Going forward all increases more the half a percentage over forecast has to be approved by CEO

Capacity refers to seats avail and is mostly used for financial analysis. Network when working with Flight Ops to determine staffing use block hours. It was a 3% increase over the forecast or planned block hours for Summer 2019

Bring the 350 to SLC, we're acclimated here. High altitude & low humidity is called "life" in the Mountain West.
