Welcome to the club. The company is pushing back hard on 23k with no recovery. I have a rotation that should have been a sure 23k with no recovery. The supervisor put a note on it to not touch it as 23 G 2 will be applied. Union told me chances are I will have to fly whatever they give me, then it will be grieved. Apparently our relationship is going downhill fast. I found out about the note because I called a different scheduler to try and get it fixed. I tried to talk to supervisor but spend 30 minutes on hold before giving it. It is what it is. If I win grievance, flying these trips is quite lucrative. That's a big if though.
You can call scheduler and ask her to look at it. Supervisors are marking them with notes that we can't see.

Company is still pushing back hard against DALPA Scheduling Alert 20-16 Departure/Arrival Changes released July 23rd. My first leg on a 5-day October trip has been changed (35 minute delay). The company tells me according to Section 23 G they may make that schedule change. Really?! Completely polar opposite take of that PWA section. I hope DALPA is taking a hard look at this. I’m sure I’m not the only one still seeing this. Yes, I’ll be grieving it, but I’d bet there are lots of people blindly acknowledging the schedule change without pursuing it any further.
They just 23k’d my next trip. I checked and the report/departure time was moved up 90 minutes. The same trip is now in open time under a different rotation number. It shows that I have a recovery obligation and the 6 hr reserve on call period is listed. I took screen shots of everything and included a screenshot of the original trip too and sent to DALPA scheduling.

Same boat here. Had the legs times changed and they are telling me it’s legal. I pushed back and it’s with scheduling supervision. 2 days later and nothing. 6 months of this and they act like I don’t know what I’m talking about now.

Responsibility when "NQ"
This isn't really a 23K question, but I couldn't start a new thread for some reason, so this seemed like a good spot for my question since it's somewhat related.
I'm a narrow body FO that's gone NQ for lack of currency. I actually turned into a pumpkin back in August and filled out the availability form on icrew back then. I'm on reserve this month and all my long call days have been coded "NQ" and I no longer show on the reserve availability list. My question is what's my responsibility for contact? At some point they're gonna send me to a RECY sim, but how much notification do they have to give me? Is it still a 12 hour leash if I'm not technically on long call? On a related note, I saw something somewhere that if it's been more than 180 days you get two OE legs with a LCP. I'm over 180 days since I flew, but I had CQ in May, so does that count?
I looked in training and scheduling in the PWA, but can't find anything. Figured I'd ask here before I call ALPA since I don't know if this falls under scheduling or training.
Appreciate anyone with any knowledge to chime in.

Not really sure about the 180-day deal, but do believe CQ resets the clock on that since it resets currency.
Hope this helps.

If you pick a trip up on the pilot to pilot swap board that had a leg cancel, and it goes through, is that legal?
Scheduling doesn’t know.
I noticed it immediately after, wasn’t trying to game system.

Based on the info you've provided, you now own the trip along with any recovery obligation as appropriate. Not sure what CS can say about it. Have a good day.
