IMO the economy was rock solid when this started and its recovery speed will take everyone by surprise.
We are in the first inning of the largest industrial revolution in the history of the world.
AI, deep learning, 5G, genome sequencing, solar plus batteries, electric cars, self driving cars, blockchain, etc.
94 million millennials vs 72 million baby boomers.
The coming manufacturing reshoring alone will be eye watering.
Maybe major displacements and major retirements will be a piece of cake for the training department to handle. Maybe not, IMO.
We should have $15 Billion in the bank. Instead our executives lit our money on fire.
They behavior is very disheartening and disappointing.
IMO great days are ahead.

No air line in the world is in a better position than Delta to survive and thrive.

The other useful things that is in aerodocs is all of the memos that have been put out. The RG memo regarding the 12-hr 23K adjustment is one example I've found useful in the last day.

Man I hope so.
If we can stave off the open borders socialists and physically (and mentally) "buy American" that will be huge. Everything doesn't have to be insourced, and some of what is currently outsourced can change locations. Even Made in Canada or Mexico is better than China for the US as it economically strengthens the nations that border us. Made in Korea and Viet Nam (and other places) is better than everything made in one hostile communist nation that is hell bent on obliterating us as a geopolitical power and litrally ruling the world.

I'm not a finance guy, but I have a real question. If the Delta shares outstanding is roughly 650M and Delt stock sells for $20/share, could somebody buy 51% of those shares for about 6.5 B $$, then vote to liquidate the company cause they have controlling intrest? They spend 6.5B for 15B cash and all the assets? Other than legal ramifications, is that correct?
