Arizona has a very large Native American population ... White Mountain and San Carlos Apache out east of Phoenix, Pima down south, Tohono Odham down along the border, Hopi and Navajo up to the north and northeast.

Be interesting to know how many of these cases originate out on the rez.

I used to fly out there as a rez pilot, and it was pretty third-world in many respects. Saw diseases like TB all the time that I thought had been banished from the modern world.
