Along with TSA numbers improving, signs of cities starting to reopen, and Modernas promising results on phase 1 vaccine trials.
FRA and LHR I believe are cago routes. Passenger traffic may not increase until they figure out how to detect CV19 passengers. I believe passengers will have to self quarantine for 2 weeks upon arrival and theres a substantial monetary fine (>$1000) in the UK if caught breaking the 2 weeks quarantine.

What! Help you out before your bid so you Can make an informed choice? They will tell you that after the bids close

Well just like many have said about the UNA category in relation to the CARES Act; it only exists because if that act. The reason furloughs don’t exist yet is because of CARES hence UNA. Once CARES runs out, so does UNA, and then here come the furloughs.

I have to say that the CARES act did indeed buy us time. Without it there already would have been a displacement bid and guys would already be hitting the street as quickly as they could train down the A220 B's replacing the furlough guys.

“Recently had friends with tickets to LHR and their flight was canceled. They called RES and asked about either refund or future booking. The agent told her to take the refund because "we're not flying to London for 2 years".”
