Future 350 Bid Packs
What do your crystal balls tell you about what each base's bid packs will look like for the 350? I've gotten to wondering how the X day block restrictions and Mininum Separation Length rules will change with multiple bases. Compared to DTW-only packages, I'm guessing there will be fewer long (>54) layovers, even less trip variety, and shorter rotations in general.

Leo the CEO says he is bringing back simple fares and we will operate the 350 to MCO and DFW 12x daily with $25 walk up. Jamie Baker with JP Morgan called the new transparency in ticket pricing a brilliant move and reiterated his $112 price target on American.

Just look at the 777 bid packages for the appropriate bases. I'd expect it to be a mirror image for the 350, aside from new markets. Los Angeles to Auckland was in the crosshairs for the 350 prior to Covid. Your thoughts on reduced "acclimation" layovers are probably correct. When the 350 does LAX-PVG out of the DTW domicile, there is a > 48 hr. layover in LAX between PVG turns. When PVG is flown by the 777 out of LAX, of course that long ground time is simply space between rotations and the front/back end DH legs are not in play. I haven't paid attention to the min separation lengths, but I thought all widebodies were on 4/99/4 generally?
DTW350 was limited to 2 X day blocks every time I looked at it. With MSL in play, restrictions on PDs and X day movement made the category unappealing.
