Yep, SWA, AA, and Alaska (probably others too) all have plans similar to this.

Agree. I have no issues with the EO as it's written. I just think there's further appetite for different options that can hopefully be tackled next. Structure a leave offer, let folks contemplate it, and then set authorized quantities once the EO acceptance numbers are finalized. Should be able to get it all done by 30 Sep.
