1) 3 full months of SILs. October, November and December. 2) they need to remedy every single scope violation. 3) they need to remedy every single contract violation. 4) they must automate reroute pay and OE pay. They have shorted the Delta pilots millions and millions and millions. Also a 10 year audit of reroute and an OE, harmed pilots paid back with interest. Then and only then will we agree to hear their proposal mid January. |

Can you help me understand why it would be in management's best interest to comply with the listed items instead of going ahead with the furlough in October?
