First Things First

Prior to meeting with management to discuss involuntary items like a lower ALV they need to demonstrate goodwill and honor.

1) 3 full months of SILs. October, November and December.

2) they need to remedy every single scope violation.

3) they need to remedy every single contract violation.

4) they must automate reroute pay and OE pay. They have shorted the Delta pilots millions and millions and millions. Also a 10 year audit of reroute and an OE, harmed pilots paid back with interest.

Then and only then will we agree to hear their proposal mid January.

Can you help me understand why it would be in management's best interest to comply with the listed items instead of going ahead with the furlough in October?

Kick them while their down appears to be a popular option for some these days.

They just gave over 2200 three year SILs to the early outs. That ship has sailed most likely.

I bet we will agree to hear the proposal before these conditions are met, despite your blustering.

or maybe you’ll type up another fake ultimatum letter and sign it from the NC?
