Well, there’s apparently 9% of the seniority list I could go the rest of my career never crossing paths with.

I was surprised that the “no” contingent was >2%. Any thoughts on the reasoning?

To be fair it's 9% of the people who voted. Not sure what the % was of the total group that voted. But I agree with the sentiment

I'm with Sparky. I thought we'd be looking at about 2%. Surprising for sure.

I guess being a "9% 'er" is a thing now.

I know a lot of UNA guys who voted no because they felt guilty voting yes for themselves.
