Oh thanks, I didn’t realize they were charters.

On skyhub, PB posted one of his Ops Updates that is short, but mentions 'adjustments' coming next week and that CR will be working on it over the weekend. Nothing concrete, but it sure sounds like they intend to publish a VEOP cleanup AE next week - probably late in the week. Would also fit the timeline to be able to start converting on 1 Oct.

717s going away? Like they were going away when the fleet retirement rumors were swirling?

The 717s are going to be here awhile (5 years at least)...and the 220 makes the least sense to backfill the 88/90s.

Before the virus, the 220s were doing yeoman’s work opening up routes. More than one of their early routes were already getting moved over to 320s. I’d expect the 220s to continue to open and operate longer routes as an entry point to 320 or 737 service. The 717 will remain the super-regional of our fleet.

Especially if they continue to collapse the flying into ATL. For the last year on the 88 there was practically no hub flying outside of ATL. It was all ATL turns and overnights all day every day. It's already basically like that now on the 717 and unless they spin up DTW or another hub soon that's not going to change.

Charters in and out of LIM have been common for a few months on the 350. My understanding is it’s a travel agency moving people with “essential needs.” Local carriers are doing nothing down there.

Heard from a buddy On the 717 a few days ago that the 717 has zero block hours scheduled after August 2021 with the 40 flying tails staying at current levels until then. It seemed awfully specific to be made up.

Was it from top men, training, or standards? It helps to know based on the degree of wrongness I’ll assume.

All in good fun, I come here for the rumors. Thanks for sharing.
