#911
My ballot was confusing. They two different boxes to click were ambiguous. I feel like that I was unfairly influenced by the wording.

I'm taking a stand for all of those disenfranchised ALPA voters that were confused by the wording, those voters who were unjustly forced to vote electronically, and for all of those voters that were shamed into using English and not his native language.
This is "Not my LOA!" We must start a Resistance. Who's with me?

That's why the company starts negotiating in public. This supposed wide majority of reasonable pilots will put pressure on the MEC and show the reps union they're out of touch.
There is a natural drive to please the guy signing your checks (management/company), which is why real unions negotiate for you, and then pay you as their employee. Pilots dont embrace that level of unionism.
Management had a little problem with violating our trust. They have an unrealistic expectation for us to go out on unemployment like the FAs. They probably STILL don't understand what our problem is, and why we won't "get onboard for the team win, soldier".
Either way, the company has a lot of costs they need to manage, we can help and they can share savings with us, or we can make them bleed for it. Teamwork is what makes the dream work

Well, yeah, no decision is a decision. But, I’m more curious why someone would log-in to access their ballot but not select an option. Doing this had absolutely no impact on the outcome. Just seems a little weird in by book.
