Divisiveness? Has there ever been a TA or contract or amendment passed that wasn’t divisive? I don’t recall anything ever passing with 100% approval. I’m willing to bet this TA passes well beyond a 50.1% majority. 80-20 isn’t exactly divisive. That’s just indicative of some senior pilots distrust of management outweighing objectivity for 20-04.

What is your actual issue/issues with the LOA? Does it have anything to do with the actual LOA or is it just a distrust of management/unfairness to those previously furloughed or losing 2 hours of TLV? Do the positives included in this not make up for the negative? You keep making vague insinuations of unfairness and openings for management to misuse but you never give details. Do you have details? I’ve asked many times so that I can understand. Maybe you could inform the uninformed about these potential pitfalls that you are seeing so we could make a more informed decision.

Meanwhile, those of us who worked hard (there's a few of us millennials that have great work ethic and don't fall into the stereotype) have been told by DZers that we have to fund their retirement because of all the "sacrifices" you made on our behalf. You deserve, you deserve, you deserve. Yet when our Union (which btw represents the interest of EVERY pilot on the seniority list) is able to come to an agreement that literally saves pilots from hitting the unemployment line, senior pilots engage in the same old whining and sob stories about how their jobs weren't saved when they were furloughed and Delta still owes them a retirement and the list goes on.
Who are the entitled whiny babies here? Sure doesn't seem like it's millennials to me.
