Company won't delay the separation date again. They will be furloughed and ineligible to vote on the deal.

Speaking as a 1721 club member, we have been told on SM as long as voting opens by the 31st we would be eligible to vote. Of the 1721 probably 1200 are eligible to vote and if itís a good deal Iím guessing 90+% will vote yes. Iím sure the company will do what they can to make sure we can vote

BTW where did you see this ?

Call your reps and make sure the language gets drafted by then. It's an AIP at the moment and not drafted language.
