By far the best designed bird I ever flew. A true pilot’s airplane (except maybe for that dang yoke:D). Thanks for the memories.

Unfortunately the writing was on the wall for the past decade’s worth of townhalls. Every other major, if they operate 777’s at all, will have 50+. We had barely 20. I can’t count the number of times RA stated they were “not the right fit for our network.” We’ve always had a hard time making large widebodies work. We’ve left that flying to AF/KE/KLM.

This just confirms it.

Perhaps. But we are supposedly going to 39 A350s. That’s more of our largest WB than even 747+777s. Not a lot more, but something. 🤷🏼‍♂️
