YEs I am much older than you.

Thank you for confirming what I said about people voting with their $$$.

This is a prime example and dove tails nicely into the other thread; "play stupid games win stupid prizes". The chicks obviously misjudged their fan base.

Go troll something else.

No. It's not.

This is a forum. You are a troll. We know you for what you are. We engage openly without fear of reprisal. The mods have not perma banned you or erased all history of your postings have they? That would be cancel culture.

You are not being harmed in anyway. Your livelihood is still intact and no one is threatening your means.

Have a merry day troll.

ummmmm OK. I guess my understanding of the term "zero" (in the headline) and "no" in the first sentence differ from yours.

Japan probably had in effect and practiced the best mask policies of any country. They were heavily masked up before anyone even heard of covid. Certainly obesity is a factor but how do you explain countries like France where they aren’t that obese and masking was almost non existent. They are currently running 40,000 to 50,000 new covid cases a day. Not much less than the US but a vastly smaller and skinnier population.

France actually has a high obesity relative to Japan at 22% but low relative to the US. France has less deaths than the US but much higher than Japan. Correlations are never perfect because weight isn't the only factor but it is the biggest predictor of Covid death. I posted a Johns Hopkins WHO study in another thread but 2.2 million of 2.5 million deaths according to their study occurred in countries with high BMI.

The Japanese have worn masks when ill for many years as it is considered good manners. Mask use there is common and wouldn't be seen an an imposition. Japan did not do any general lock downs but very targeted and short lived ones only in areas of outbreaks. A good thing we should have mirrored here.
