Aren't you in your 20s? And a millionaire? You could just buy a plane.
Honestly, based on your comments on APC I think you could really benefit from a therapist. Being able to work through your issues productively and get to a place of inner peace will significantly improve your life. Feeling like a failure every day is not normal, and being able to talk to a therapist would really help give you some perspective.

I got my vaccine in January and although I didn’t have any side effects some of the guys I work with had a rough time with it. Since I have had covid and also now received both doses of my vaccine I wish I could toss these mask in the trash.

Washington Post reporting 1/3 of military members being offered the vaccine are refusing it. According the to article, because the vaccine was developed under emergency use mandates, soldiers can't be ordered to take it.
Is that true?
https://www.washingtonpost.com/natio...mbers-refusal/
(Then again, I really don't believe much of what I read anywhere outside of physical books anymore. It is interesting to note the military is gathering data based on "communities". Frankly, if my "community" had been used as literal Guinea pigs under the Tuskegee syphilis experiments, I doubt I'd be very trusting of vaccines developed in a hurry; doubly so if I was young and fit).

Most in my unit are refusing it while it’s voluntary

There was a guy out there (RIP) that was deaf as a post and would always turn the overhead speaker up so loud that it hurt MY ears in the back. He had a 'French' name, and I saw him read the riot act to an FO in the middle of Stapleton over the fact that he (the FO) was a fighter guy and didn't know shiite about what real flying was like he did. He was one of those PFEs that came from Northeast and had a chip on his shoulder about having to work his way up. Complained endlessly about Delta, but was one of the highest paid pilots in the company. Got caught up in the tax scandle in Park City. I will give him this though.. he had a PO Box in Evanston and actually went up there once a week to buy his groceries and get his mail. Great guy on a layover, but a complete d!ck in the cockpit. I think he's the one you are talking about having the flap rules. I watched him do that going into MSO and we couldn't see the runway going straight in because the nose was so high...
Good times.

One thing I find about pilots and people in general who latch on to every wack job conspiracy theory is that while they love to talk the talk they never walk the walk. After hundreds of lectures on the collapse of civilization and government lying about everything I always ask if they have prepped for their beliefs. With exactly one exception the answer is always no other than maybe a token gold purchase. I then ask why they don’t believe in what they preach and get a blank stare! The one exception was a SLC CA who lived in a bunker near Reno and immediately converted every pay check completely into gold, silver and ammo. I admired the fact that he actually believed what he preached unlike all the others. He was however still a wack job but fun to fly with!
