What is the point of bringing unneeded employees back. Every airline in America has already dealt with the problem. Lots of stay home at low pay programs/leaves with benefits programs/early retirement programs etc...Very few actually furloughed or laid people off. The point is there is no need for 25-30% of capacity...So park it, lay off, furlough etc....Pretty clear to anyone that looks big picture that it is going to be a long slow grind back...Years and so be it.

For the storage facilities we operate, collections have been relatively strong. The apartments we are invested in have only had a slight drop in collections. There will be a few evictions, once the courts open up. Most have been paying or leaving on their own if they can't pay.
What have the rest of you rental property owners experienced?

Are you actually seeing collection problems? Have you gotten any of the "free cheese" for the loans?

Ive had no problems. I was just speaking rhetorically. As prior military, I mainly bought housing units I’m around base. Those people still get paid. But, I’ve hear horror stories, and in S FL it’s impossible to evict right now. No free cheese for me.
