Yeah, but $600.

And my tenants don’t have to pay their rent. So I see this as a total win.

Some one is going to have to pay that back. Better work on your tax strategy now.

Unfortunately, restaurants generate $900 billion a year and employ about 15 million, not to mention the food supply, etc. to these businesses. We are in the same boat. And most of us are still getting an orange envelope.

My phone has rung every day since I got back from my trip on Sat from crew sched asking us to pickup premium flying. A week ago it was the same thing. Our reserve levels in my BES are in the high negative numbers (woefully understaffed ATM - mostly due to NQAT folks). January is a historic low month. But if we are having trouble staffing the airline now, it's going to be interesting as we ramp in to the summer. I think optimizer 6.9 is going to have a melt down.

Are you actually seeing collection problems? Have you gotten any of the "free cheese" for the loans?
For the storage facilities we operate, collections have been relatively strong. The apartments we are invested in have only had a slight drop in collections. There will be a few evictions, once the courts open up. Most have been paying or leaving on their own if they can't pay.

What have the rest of you rental property owners experienced?

One of my tenants wanted a shortened lease because they were wanting to purchase a home. They wound up extending the full 12 because home prices have shot out of sight and there's no inventory without getting into a bidding war.

Ive had no problems. I was just speaking rhetorically. As prior military, I mainly bought housing units I’m around base. Those people still get paid. But, I’ve hear horror stories, and in S FL it’s impossible to evict right now. No free cheese for me.
