If that many go on LOA, what do you think are the odds they start off the street hiring soon or at least bring in those with CJOs?

But yes - if there is an available week, you can put in a move-up request and it's processed at the beginning of the month, for the remaining months, in seniority order. You can put a request in and leave it.
