My kid has a pet Parrott who has never spoke, except after watching these videos repeatedly. The parrot said to pick up a trip with 4:40 van times. Then it squawked something about "most admired employer." Since then I've learned that 450 for 10 minutes is about right for a parrot in the air-fryer.

They’d be smart to get it out to have the long weekend as part of the 10 days it’s open. That means it’ll be out Apr 15. 😂
What are the timeslines? Open for 10 days and 15 days notice for any AE conversions? So if it’s posted by the 5th, closes 15th and convert people May 1.

Conversions can happen as soon as the day after the results are posted. More importantly that would determine the earliest conversion date for expiring freezes and reinstatement rights. So if they want it done for may conversions a closing time somewhere between the 15th-20th is feasible, so expect the next AE no later than the 5th-10th.
