Seems like it would have the opposite effect. Who doesn’t want to sit home and make ER Capt pay for doing nothing.

Africa counts...had a friend get it done that way.

As for why it went so junior...I'm guessing a lot of people didn't want to be seat-locked on a dying fleet

Yeah I know that Africa counts... now. It has since we are all thrust into the brave new WuFlu world. Prior to that it did not. And KEF has never qualified as a TOE useable route. What I was saying is that THAT might change as well.

they can already plan the first month conversions and notify those pilots individually without publishing the entire conversion list.

It does. I never consolidated the first time around so hopefully lucky number two. I thought we had a waiver from the FAA to extend it a month or so, but not sure.
