I read the threat over there but it doesn't have much details. They are reinstating all captains?

320 fleet is so backed up on OE and short LCPs that they are months behind on new LCP checkouts.

Any idea how far backed up on OE? “Asking for a friend” who is waiting on OE

Second. Also, how much advance notice for OE? It’s always been schedule prior to my 44X but this time it’s been two weeks and no contact at all.

Think that ended due to too many ASAPs. It my still be same fleet, but they no longer co-base the -400/300 together. It was a significant pay difference for the 2 and most if not all -400s used to be in Dulles. They moved them out after the FAA made them separate the fleets. My UAL buds all took at least a 20k/yr pay cut overnight. This was easily 2-3 years ago.

So the statement above is false.

this information is completely and totally false.

The only difference is a currency requirement. A United crew can fly a 767-400, 767-300, 757-200 on the same trip or even the same day.

And all the 787's are going to be freighters. That way we check all the boxes and everyone is happy.
