Yes, it's posted displacements.

they had enough people bid out they didn't need to displace. In fact, they actually had enough bid out they awarded positions there.

Anyone have an idea of what (if any) the training backlog for the 7ER is? Sounds like that is pretty much where new hires are going for a while. 392 unbid positions and only about ~120 CJO holders out there.

Will they really send 300 new hires to the ER? That’s a hell of a lot of TOE already they have to chew through, and leaves other fleets shrinking massively.
