Supplemental Vacation Question
 

I just saw the information about the supplemental vacation days. It was released on the 12th which was after the first vacation week bid closed. Is there any way to get the supplemental day added back to that first week I was awarded?

Yes. Just send an email to crew planning.

caveat: there is a blackout period for December through early jan

Similar question. This being the magic month to buy vacation days for next year and attach them to already awarded weeks (black out dates not included), how exactly is it done?

I assume the purchase is via the bank in icrew. That’s been shut down all day due to move up vaca processing.

once days are purchased, how do you get them on the days you want?

Tried to email my previous POC for vacation, she does not appear to work there anymore. First time I’ve done it this way, I normally buy/bid them with initial vacation bidding.

There is a form in the crew resources area to do it. Navigate to the Pilot Vacations under Crew Resources, then click the link at the top to contact them. - I did it a few weeks ago. I got a email reply in about 3 days, saying they were delayed for bid processing but she's let me know when it was done. I promptly got another email when it was done (and the notification in iCrew).
