Can any of you pro's answer how we input IVD's in iCrew. In order from left to right. There are 3 boxes for input. Keep getting the flashing red box of death no matter what I do.

Also, does anyone know where to check to see how many IVD's you have left for the vacation year?

Going from memory so feel free to correct if someone has better information.

You can use IVDs up to twice per anniversary year. You can move up to 4 days total, so 1 time move of 4 days or 2 moves of 3+1, 2+2, or 1+3 days.

You can only use it to pull future vacation days forward.

They run before anything else on PCS runs including APDs and will work all the way down to 25% reserve coverage.

Pay is only vacation pay per day for the days brought forward so for example if you drop a 21 hour day drip it will only pay about 14 hours dependent on the pay of the vacation days you used.

As far as PCS all I remember is that it is under PCS>Leave requests>IVD days and you basically pick days from a future vacation with a start stop and then select where you want to put them.

I never checked for remaining days because I use them all at once, every summer 4 days brought forward, but look at your remaining vacation days - if you have a partial week that might help you figure it out.

vaguely remember this problem. Try not putting a year in. I think it wanted one of the boxes to be empty, can’t remember but it was a date input problem. Or maybe it was put “Feb” for month instead of “02” or vice versa
