The #Boycott trend has hit the 3 biggest Atlanta based companies not just Delta. Coca Cola is actually taking the most heat with Home Depot and Delta right behind. This will die down when something else like the Suez Canal blockage happens next week. Remember all the hype over the power outtage in Texas? Everybody already forgot about that.

My personal opinion on SB202 is it won't last long. Georgia demographics, especially Atlanta are changing and plenty of state current Senators, Congress Reps will get voted out. Next Gov of Georgia likely will be Blue.

my understanding is it’s third parties can’t hand out water..ie someone with XYZ for senate, Or ABC PAC etc can’t give stuff away to those in line to vote.

which to me kinda makes sense

It was being abused by activist to set up little stations next to the voting lines. Political signs and stickers would be be propped up on the tables. With the bottle of water would come the ‘do you have any questions about voting today’? I only know this because my wife witnessed it at our polling place, she didn’t think that was allowed but nobody said anything.

Whoa! “Delta believes”? Since when do they speak for tens of thousands of us concerning our political views?

Let's see if the Blue team can steal the votes AGAIN. If they can steal, they might get a Blue governor.

You don’t have political views at work. You’re just learning this?

Had a fellow pilot tell me he was offered pizza by a guy in a Warnock shirt while standing in line.

I think the point of the rule is to stop nonsense like that.

Delta is a corporate enterprise that has its own views determined by the executive team and the BOD. You are paid as negotiated for your services not your political opinion to the enterprise.

Someday the company might express a different political view than the view you (a generic you) hold. Perhaps then you’ll (The generic you) take a different stance on things.

The company does seem to benefit financially when it expresses political views.
