Default #BoycottDelta?

Why do we (Delta) feel that we need to make a statement on every piece of legislation, social justice issue, etc? Talk about alienating the demographic EB seems to have been courting these past few years.

That being said, I doubt that the commenters on twitter read either SB 202 or Delta's internal memo.

So verifying identity is a bad thing to elwct officials yet delta wants verification to access its services.
the board needs to remind the executives we are an airline not a political action committee snd it should stay in their lane

Well, Ed brought this on with his incessant need to comment on behalf of 80K people how we feel about every social issue in the land.

Shocking that the company factually mentioned what was in the bill. Every news article mentions how it is “Jim Crow” and suppresses the vote...but none of them mention what’s actually in it because unfounded outrage is easier to mobilize in a Twitter warrior world.

Several board members are prior political appointees, so I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for the Board to step away from politically charged issues.

It’s a little strange that you can’t hand out water to people in line. Where was the controversy with that?

I believe poll workers can, just not political activist. I understand there are similar restrictions in other states just like not being able to “campaign” within 150 feet of the polling location etc.
