LATAM annual report just out 4/5. I haven't gotten to it yet but plan to by our call on the 15th. The announcement was made at the beginning of Q2 so no disclosures until July I would guess though.

Should be something on SEC site because they are foreign but listed on a U.S. exchange.

Looks like the 4 we were going to buy were owned and the remaining 7 leased. My guess is the lease was terminated and they will find new homes with other operators.

-March quarter 2021 GAAP pre-tax loss of $1.5 billion and loss per share of $1.85 on total revenue of $4.2 billion

-March quarter 2021 adjusted pre-tax loss of $2.9 billion and adjusted loss per share of $3.55 on adjusted operating revenue of $3.6 billion

-During the March quarter, cash burn averaged $11 million per day and turned positive in the month of March with cash generation of $4 million per day

American is calling themselves cash burn neutral if you ignore the $8M per day in debt service. Does Delta’s +$4M also not take into account debt service?

Yes, DAL $4M positive a day includes $4M per day in debt service.
