Does anyone ever wonder when they see someone totally inked up and way over the top with 50+ piercings. When they ate so far out of the norm that most dont look at them as interesting, but genuinely wonder what the eff?

When I fly with a extreme bible thumper....an overt racist or someone so far left that they think a 99% tax bracket is reasonable...I gotta go hmmm? Do they know they are exceptional.....like in the 1/10th of 1% of extreme?

They think they're special, because thats what their boomer parents told them. Give them to 40, its never too late to say, "know what? Mom and Dad are good people but what they said is wrong."

Doing some review in advance of the call and I came across this statement in last years 10K.

"We have developed strategic relationships with a number of airlines and airline services companies through joint ventures and other forms of cooperation and support, including equity investments. Our equity investments reinforce our commitment to these relationships and generally enhance our ability to offer input to the investee on strategic issues and direction, in some cases through representation on the board of directors."

There are no major decisions at these subsidiaries that Delta is not a part of. Aircraft purchases, routes, branding etc. The proper mind set will be required to evaluate the proposed SCOPE landscape change in the upcoming Sect. 6 negotiations. In other words, there is no plausible deniability when it comes to our "partners" (subsidiaries) which is a consistent argument management tries to use.
