On the one hand claiming the empty seat policy is driving eye watering premiums that are the envy of the industry, but on the other hand basically admitting that it nets less than just selling the seats in the first place, is basically proof that the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
Want an empty seat guaranteed? Buy the seat. Easy peasy. Double the miles too amirite?

They filled them whenever it was convenient for them anyway.
Showed up for my Flight in March and Board the plane and find someone sitting next to me. Ask the FA what’s up. Oh we changed the policy.
Ok, so stop advertising it. It may or may not help Covid, but when given the choice to have more room of course I’ll pay more if I know airline A is blocking seats and airline B isn’t.

Sorry.....I guess my humor went over some heads....I had two posts in a row( #31, #32 ...intentional) with a smiley face attempting to keep it on seat caps. Seems like no matter what the subject....woke/anti woke politics enters....."AND THEY"RE OFF!!!!!!!"
