JFK still feels a bit like a ghost town to me. But we’re still down to pretty much zero foreign tourists, no Broadway shows, no conferences, no large public gatherings at all. I’m not saying I can predict if/when NYC goes back to what it was pre-pandemic, but those who keep saying the city is dead clearly do not know anything about the city’s history- or present for that matter. New York will be just fine.

Agreed. The new LGA will be a powerful representation of the Delta Brand, especially if you're hopping on an A220. Sleek, Modern, Luxurious. It will be difficult for the business traveler to not think of Delta first.

Stop it. You can't extrapolate temporary Pandemic trends long term. This time last year airline stocks were priced for bankruptcy. Now they are priced like nothing happened. The City that Never Sleeps will return to its former glory and then some.

Looks like several large corporations are moving to FL I can't name them as I don't know, but they are building several large, very nice, office campuses around the state. We've seen them in Tampa, St Pete, Orlando, Jacksonville and Miami. Something big is going to go there, not sure who or what. Guess we'll see when the signage goes up? I heard at least one is JP Morgan.
I don't think NYC is coming back to what is was anytime soon. Quote me on that.

When international travel returns and the city gets entertainment and tourism back, NYC will be bigger than ever. It will be harder to avoid on my bid and the Queens layover will really suck. We will never get back to Manhattan. I'm not a fan of NYC but if you have to be there I much preferred the Roosevelt and the island. 3 airlines at several layover spots, and even though the rooms were tiny and the heating and cooling sucked, it was by far the best location.
