First day of full catering and they were telling everyone "it's not going well," and if you have water and wipes, you're good to go. We didn't have either to complete the leg, let alone the turn.

Up to almost 200 delays today already.

That's more than United, American, and Alaska combined.

Yes, catering is a sh!t show. Don't expect it to improve today or tomorrow btw.

Our executive team is too busy being "woke" to run an efficient airline.
