Those are all valid points. It’s not often a pilot gets to take advantage of a loophole. Management has a very unique way of interpreting our contract for sure. My bad. Carry on with the shenanigans!

When one side thinks the other is not brilliant but is actually cheating it goes to the refs. Then of course there is jockeying as to who the refs will be. There is also not negotiating in good faith - at least for a little while, asking for a $4B raise, offering $28M, and on and on. It’s a constant battle.

MLOA is governed by USERRA the union and the company have no say. FRB was a joke anyway with 95+% paid fitness issues.This is YUUUUUGE stretch, even for you.
