A few have probably started at FedEx also... I know of at least 2 personally.

1 year but they extended all the CJO holders to March 2022

Its actually 169 1/2. Due to the recent OSHA ruling that the 737NG cockpit was not suitable for human beings we have aggressively ramped up our Hobbit Pilot recruiting program. Due to outdated HR regulations Hobbits only count as 1/2 and so far only 1 Hobbit has accepted our offer to interview. We have asked over 20 Hobbits to interview so far but most seem to be holding out for a chance to work for Elon Musk on his underground Hyper-rail.

When asked if they prefer to work underground the Hobbit spokesman replied, "Well not really, but if its between that and the 737 - were going with the tunnel."

I think the 737 cockpit is more comfortable than the 717 cockpit.

The bid packages certainly are 😎.

Really? I find the 717 cockpit more comfortable than the 737, not that that is saying much lol. They're both terrible when compared to the bus. As far as the trips, aside from no Caribbean beach layovers, I'm digging the shorter flights. All of my trips this month the credit was greater than the block. 2 leg days and 1 and done by 0800 on the last day is nice...I'm guessing those won't stay long. I loved the 73N when we had 4 leg, 4-days (even a few 3 leg, 4 days). It started getting sucky when they started adding a BWI/BNA turn on the front of back end of that nice one leg to the west coast. Multiple 6-8 hours block days wore me down fast. 8 hours block days should require a meal and nap and end up in Europe.

Agreed, mainly because you don't need to store extra napkins and a raincoat whilst de-icing in the 737.

Do you take any comfort in ALPA telling the company what needs to be done so we don't "run hot" this summer? I don't.

Dude said "meow" accidently in a Delta forum and you want to make jokes about hobbits? Surely you can't be serious..
