I could give them a short pass with how fast loads dropped off the cliff last spring, it would have been nearly impossible to stay within limits with all the moving parts. Things should have been squared up within a month or two though, yet they may or may not be meeting the numbers still.

honestly I would have agreed to give them a pass during COVID had they not gone nuclear anti union the second we were not critically understaffed on pilots. Had they taken AAs or JetBlue’s initial approach March-august and tried to work with ALPA I could see giving a short term pass. But they felt obligated to break out the hammer as soon as they could and I think we all suddenly lost any sympathy… ”what’s a SIL?”
